These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases of our travel organisers and packing accessories.
Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order.
Product Information
We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and package contents.
Check the individual listing before ordering. Luggage, clothing, shoes, toiletries, documents and electronic accessories used to demonstrate a product are not included unless expressly listed as part of the purchase.
Minor differences caused by screen settings or lighting do not permit us to supply goods that are materially different from their description.
We remain responsible for supplying goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes.
Any delivery charge is shown before you complete payment. We cover applicable import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges for delivery under our Shipping Policy.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before the order is processed.
We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not alter an order we have already accepted.
Orders and Acceptance
After placing an order, you will normally receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.
Our sales contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
If we cannot accept or fulfil your order because an item is unavailable, payment is unsuccessful or there is a clear listing error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.
We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without your consent.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact support@pactovelle.com promptly if you wish to amend or cancel an order.
We will try to stop an order before dispatch. If it has already been dispatched, your statutory cancellation rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy continue to apply.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched from the United States to the United Kingdom.
Processing times, delivery estimates and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. We remain responsible for our delivery obligations under applicable law.
Returns and Product Problems
We offer a voluntary 30-day return and exchange policy with free eligible return transport.
This is additional to your statutory rights, including cancellation rights for online purchases and remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
