Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, email support@pactovelle.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We will try to stop the order before dispatch. If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.

We do not charge an order cancellation fee.

After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise any applicable statutory cancellation right and use our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. Email is convenient, but you may also write to our business address.

After notifying us of statutory cancellation, send the goods back within 14 days. We cover eligible return transport and will provide a prepaid label or another arrangement at our expense.

Refunds

We refund the price paid and the applicable original standard delivery charge for a full statutory cancellation.

We will issue reimbursement within 10 calendar days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, and within the applicable statutory deadline.

A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods as you would in a shop.
