Currency and Prices

Prices and checkout charges are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Prices include applicable taxes. Any delivery charge is shown before you complete payment.

PACTOVELLE covers applicable import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges for orders delivered under our Shipping Policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your location, device and payment provider.

Payment must be successfully authorised before we process your order.

Payment Information

Payments are handled through the payment services available at checkout. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or banking passwords by email.

Your payment provider may request additional verification to authorise a transaction.

Unsuccessful or Duplicate Payments

If payment is unsuccessful, check your details or contact your payment provider.

If you believe you have been charged twice, contact support@pactovelle.com with your order number and the relevant transaction references. Do not include full card details.

A pending authorisation is not always a completed charge. We will help investigate any payment discrepancy.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We do not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund to which you are entitled.
